I corresponded with the People Services Manager via email to set up an interview. She asked me if I wanted to apply for their hostess job instead, but I declined. I arrived at the hotel a few minutes early, and they were running a few minutes late. The lady I had emailed came out with the head of the house keeping department, and they took me over to a glass table off the side of the lobby. They were both friendly, casual, and informative. It took maybe 20-25 minutes.
