first screen with the recruiter by zoom and second interview with hiring manager. the second interview included a lot of questions on their investment philosphy and strategies. The first interview with the recruiter included a lot of behavioral questions and not too many tehcnical questions.

Very very long drawn out process. They are very diligent on who they hire which is good but from the first interview to the final decision took nearly 4 months

The interview process was just one final interview. On the zoom call, there were three members, two senior analysts and the school recruiter. They were kind and were very conversational.
