Interview
It’s not a interview. It’s more of a group training day, learning the basics of working in hospitality. You also sit with the office workers and go through your online profile.
It was a really simple process and you have a quick interview to check your right to work and identity etc. They also give you basic training on the spot. They run several sessions during peak season so if you missed one you can always attend a different one.
