I applied online and was contacted by HR within 2 weeks. HR staff is excellent. The first part was with HR and 3 members of the PA department. The second part was with the PA director and lastly, with an attending on the service. All questions asked were expected and I was prepared for. The interviewers were professional and kind and enthusiastic. They present HSS as a great place to work!

3 interviews. First with HR. Second with PA Director where he wants to get to know you. Third with the director again with an assistant where they ask you clinical questions.

The interview was a three step process which tarted with a 10 minute zoom chat with a recruiter when then schedules an interview with the head of the department which last 30 minutes. The last round is in person.
