Interview with VP and director of rehab, and interview with HR. -Interview with HR was more a formality, The decision makers were really the interview process with rehab department. It's good to know someone who already works at HSS to earn an interview.

This interview process was very well organized. The interview team not only asked thoughtful questions but gave me the opportunity to ask my questions and respond very well and thoroughly to my questions.
