1st round is a culture fit
2nd round is a technical interview - which is a live TDD solution in Laravel. That was my last 2 experiences anyway. The test is quite trivial in an AI coding era. In my last interview once they realised I had already done the test before they asked me to see how far I could get with building a Property Management System in the remaining 30mins. I won't lie I felt quite overwhelmed and I'm not sure it was the best question. Nonetheless I should have scoped the problem down to something appropriate for 30mins, which isn't very long.
This is a weird one really, fyi the company is now named "Hospitable".
Initially got a reply from the recruiter stating that
"We have short-listed your profile and would like to discuss your application further in a 30-40 minutes introduction interview."
Before the interview I let her know (with screenshots of the events) that there are no links attached to the invitation I received, hence there is no way for me to join any call.
The response was something along the lines "I re-added the zoom link for you" but that was not reflected anywhere I had access.
A day later I receive a message from the same recruiter stating
"I regret to inform you that we have not selected your application for the next steps of our recruitment process."
I guess she couldn't be bothered, but that kind of showed little respect for my time, I had booked that slot for the company, but never received any proper link to join the said call.
