Hospedia interview questions

Appilied twice. First time was given an interview date then one day before hand they cancelled and gave the job to someone else. Second time got interview got a call with a job offer.

Disorganized and not well prepared. The interviewer had not really considered the skills required or the experience. It was obvious he / they were short on time. There was little chance to meet the team or discuss with anyone regarding what was actually happening. Little time was taken to discuss strategy, vision, culture or direction.
