Hormel Associate Maintenance Engineer interview questions

30 min phone screen for the first round. 3 hour behavioral interview with 4-5 people in 30 min slots. Predominantly situational questions as a way to get to know you.

Typically three stage phone/video interview, Meet with a few different team members and discussed the job description. Walked through my resume and talked about my past experience. They keep in contact with me well I didn't feel like too much time passed in between emails and each phone call.
