Interview
Received a call to set up an initial interview. 1st interview was virtual 1;1 with HR Manager. Second interview was virtual 1;1 with the Director. 5-6 weeks later was presented with an offer but declined due to low salary. The communication throughout the hiring process could have been more transparent, especially since the salary wasn’t mentioned until the offer stage. The office seemed to lack structure. Although, both interviewers seemed to be very informative and thorough.

Interview
I had one interview with two directors. Pretty much behavioral scenario questions with some specific questions in regards to systems you have experience with. The interview lasted 1.5 hour. Offered position the next day.

What do you do when you have multiple assignments due at one time, how would you make sure they are completed?
Swift and organized, constant communication from them through the entire process. I was able to come in and meet with a panel of women I would be working with and they were welcoming and kinds throughout the entire process
