      Two Round Process -In first round, interview with Clinic Manger (CM), Assistant CM, and the full time Trainer. Asks leadership questions, what you contribute to the work environment, and any ideas how to better train their new hires. -Second round, another interview with BCBAs that ask leadership questions and personal questions such as who are your heroes. -Then these parties meet up and exchange their feedback.

      When was a time you resolved a conflict between yourself and a co-worker or even between two separate co-workers? What do you think the training program needs to be more comprehensive for trainees? What are your strengths/weaknesses? Do you feel you could confidently learn the on-boarding process and then quickly implement it? How do you handle feedback when given? How do you think you would handle a possible transition from entry position to leadership? Why do you want this position? What do you think you could bring to help boost moral? What do you think of work moral? Who are your personal heroes? How do you think you'd handle if you weren't to get this position? What do you think Hopebridge could do to be a better work environment?
