The interview process was very straightforward. I applied online and received a call from talent management. The interview was in person. The questions asked about my previous experiences working with people and my understanding of crisis residential.

What was your experience working with people in the past?
Interview process went smoothly. Very laid back and straight to the point with expectations etc. got my offer a few days later. They asked basic interview questions and background. After i got my offer letter, I had to go do drug test and a TB test.
