After applying for the job I got invited for a screening call with the recruiter. The recruiter showed up 15 minutes late and the call was scheduled for only 15 minutes. After rescheduling my other meeting and letting them know it was still a good time to talk, we discussed my background/experience and they went into detail about the company and the role. They were unable to answer most of my questions as they were more fitting for the hiring manager to answer. It seemed they were satisfied with my experience and I was told I would move on to the next step which is a take-home assignment. After finishing the call a few questions came to mind so I emailed them for clarity. They ignored my email and 2 weeks later I received a rejection email. I would not recommend interviewing here, It shows they are disorganized and don't have a good hiring process in place.

Interview
The interview process went smoothly, however there was little to no transparency about when they would get back to me. I was then told that I would hear back soon but then received no communication, again. Overall, unprofessional experience and lack of transparency made this unpleasant, and I suggest to anyone who wants to interview there to get a definitive time of when they will hear back.
