There are two assessments which are expected to be completed 1 hour before the interview - Actuarial (35 minutes) and English (25 minutes). The actuarial assessment includes 10 questions that are related to excel and VBA functions, insurance premium, theory of interest, life contingencies, finance and etc. It was pretty easy and straight forward. The english assessment consists of 20 reading text. There are 4 questions from each text which requires you to identify if the information in a text is true, false or they just don't have enough information to answer the question as a whole. I would recommend future candidates to practice before and and budget you time to have enough time to answer all parts of the test. The first interview session was with the manager, assistant manager and HR executive, followed by another session with the CFO. I felt that they have high expectations on fresh graduates as they was keen to find out about technical skills. The interview questions are more technical, rather than behavioral.

Needed to go through actuarial exam first before proceeding to second interview. Actuarial Exam was similar to the lesson learned from school. Overall, expect technical questions to be asked and be prepared.
