Went through the initial HR screening interview which was a get to know you to see if you are a fit short interview (20 minute). The same HR coordinator then scheduled 3 subsequent video interviews with leadership team members for 30 minutes each. She scheduled these within 2 days and they were spread over 2 days (1 on the first day and 2 on the second) The first leadership member I interviewed with was a direct manager and the next two were under the same VP umbrella. All three were more strategy and big-picture-oriented questions rather than skill-based or knowledge-quizzing questions.
