I have interviewed for 2 roles with Honeywell. The first was listed as remote, but during my initial interview I was told it was not remote. I advised them of the job listing error and they NEVER corrected it. For the second role, the interview was scheduled fairly quickly and the hiring manager was great. The interview itself went well. The follow up on the other hand was atrocious. I did not have the hiring managers contact information so I contacted the talent acquisition person I was working with to thank him for the interview and please advise me on next steps etc. I NEVER received even an acknowledgement from her. Weeks later, I received an automated email stating I did not get the job. In my experiences, Honeywell's talent acquisition group has no idea how to respectfully communicate or follow up with candidates. Nor do they know how to properly post roles. For such a large organization this area needs significant improvement. I am completely turned off and will no longer pursue any roles with this organization because of their talent group.
