The interview was a two part process. Initially I met with the U.S. Field Service Manager. The interview itself was maybe half an hour. The questions were pretty standard: -Tell me about yourself - Why did you leave your last job? (in my case why did you leave the military) - What do you know about Honeywell? - Are you opposed to relocating? - Describe a time when you had difficulty troubleshooting a problem. What steps did you take to resolve the issue? And please feel free to use technical terms. - Describe a time when you had difficulty communicating with another employee, or a customer. How did you resolve that situation. - Describe a time when you were asked to skip procedures to get a job done. - Do you have any mechanical background? There was a follow up interview with the regional field service manager that I would work for. That process was 15 minutes or less. Very basic questions about myself.

I started the process with a phone interview, followed by a interview over Teams, and then a in person interview over lunch. The hiring manager was very polite and professional throughout the process.
