Applied online. Was contacted fairly quickly by a scheduling coordinator to arrange time with the hiring manager. Day of interview, call was pushed back 30 minutes due to manager conflict. Call went very well - learned about the role and expectations. Second call was set up for a week later. Was a complete disaster - hiring manager has said the call would be with other folks - only he was on the call. I was asked to present an onboarding plan and then received feedback that he expected I would have talked more about an internal Honeywell project launch that he never shared information on, nor would anyone outside of his team know about. He also dialed in almost 10 minutes late and kept muting himself as he was obviously working on something else. I never heard one word from the recruiter as I was told I would. This is a great example of why HR should help guide the process. I'm glad the second call went this way as this is not a manager I would ever want to work for.
