Interview
My school posted an internship opportunity with Honeywell. I replied to the email provided, and the recruiter scheduled a phone interview 2 weeks later. Phone interview was relatively easy; the recruiter just asked random behavioral questions you can find on Google. I never got a response back from the recruiter, so I'm assuming they weren't interested in me.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Calicut, Kerala) in Nov 2024
Interview
First, there was an online assessment test, whose shortlist was released nearly 2 months later. The shortlisted candidates were then called for an online technical interview followed by an online HR interview.

Question 1
The technical interview was fairly casual, more like a conversation. They asked me about some very basic concepts from thermodynamics and thermal engineering.
Interview was with one guy from HR and one who worked in the finance department after completing the internship years back. HR representative was fine, but the former intern seemed very uninterested from the start and was quite rude. They stated they would contact me regardless of whether I got the position or not - they never did.
