Interview
The Interview in HAIL was multi layer with many Business and technical Managers . The interview process was lengthy but smoothly arranged by HR. Initially I got interviewed by Business Manager then Vertical manager, Regional business leader and finally by HR. Overall interview process was good to analyze my skills and expertise also I get privilege to know about the leaders of process industry.
First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
