Interviews are selective, but if you have a well rounded back ground, you will likely do well as positions are requiring positions to wear many hats not more than ever. Team work and working well with others is key to cross functional team matrix, which why well rounded skill set is also valuable.
Interviews are more based on cross functional once you have 10 years of experience. Less is technical questions unless it is entry level.
At Honeywell Analytics, there is a very poor on-boarding process. Unless you have experience working at least 5-8 companies, you will have a hard time figuring out their lack of processes.
