Standard industry interview process. Everything was up to par. They screen candidates at every phase until only two are left to be finally interviewed by the CFO. In the end, they chose based on familiarity and not how good you were at the interviews.

Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Honeywell (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2010
Interview
It was a panel interview with 3 people. They all asked technical questions including describing cash flow statement and how it flows through to the balance sheet & P&L. They also asked behavioral questions like 5 year goals, describing how I handled a stressful situation, what big things I've accomplished in the past with work. I rate a difficult as some of the technical questions I hadn't reviewed in years, for those to be sprung on me as a senior analyst was surprising.

Question 1
First explain each line in the balance sheet, cash flow statement and P&L. Then explain how they all flow together.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Honeywell (Bengaluru) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview almost took 4 weeks and there were 4 rounds inclusive of HR Round. All the three rounds were virtual and conducted by different people. They will ask from your CV most of the questions.
Phone screening with HR first then moved on to a second interview with the hiring Director. Mostly based around experience and skills. Based off the discussion, I determined that this wasn’t the right job for me at that point in time.
