I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2010
Interview
I was contacted by HR with a request for over the phone interview. After that when for a panel interview. After that I was awarded the job, however, I first asked for another visit to the power plant to get a better understanding. This was following up with an interview I got the hiring manager.

I applied online. I interviewed at Honeywell (Kansas City, MO) in Dec 2019
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to interview onsite. There was no phone screen. The interview was all standard behavioral questions and the interviewers were all kind and friendly. For most of the interview, they read off a list of questions. The process was 2 hours long with two 1 hour interviews with 2 groups of engineers. Although I didn't get an offer, I was happy with the experience and this is a company I would love to interview with again (and hopefully work for in the future).
