They got in contact with me through linked-in and on the same day called me, 20 minutes later than the scheduled phone screen time. The call was to discuss my experience, but it turned out different as you'll see below.

Question 1
I got asked about my previous experience, but all she wanted to know how much I made on all my previous jobs, to tell me in 3 minutes of interview that I did not have enough experience to get paid what I did before on my other job.

Interview
I submitted my resume and received an email in a few days asking for an immediate availability for a pre-screening interview. The pre-screening was through a quick phone call. The interviewer asks pretty basic questions -- about you, past experiences, and what you know about the company. The interviewer also goes through the role with you.
