They ask you how you contribute to your current work project, and also to go through your resume explaining it. Not a lot of technical questions. Most of the process felt like a culture fit check.

Applied with my CV through the site, it was fairly straightforwad and I just tried my luck. Then they requested to fill some extra forms through email. Finally I got into into the first interview and everyone was nice thorough the process but I didn't get selected and there was no feedback as to why.
