Interview
Members from the HR group came to my college campus for a career fair. I interviewed with the company at the career fair. About two weeks after the interview they offered me a job. I had to go to HMA to take a drug test and physical from their doctor on-site. They also gave me a tour of the plant.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Honda (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Interview was easy. Its very easy to get in given that you show interest in the company. Also, previous experience help a lot. Hiring process is not competitive at all.
Asked alot personality questions and a few basic technical. Followed a format given by the company. Looked for descriptions of a problem and what you did to solve it/the result.

Meet with them at a college job fair. From there they setup a skype interview with me which went well. A week after that interview they offered be a position.
