Save yourself the frustration. I’m glad I dodged this bullet and moved forward with a much better opportunity. The interview process itself was straightforward, but the experience quickly revealed how disorganized this company is after receiving an offer.
After accepting their offer, the company rescinded, claiming it was due to my start date availability, despite never actually providing or confirming one during the process.
Their own offer letter stated the start date could be “on or after X/X/2025”, yet they acted as though I was at fault for not magically aligning to a timeline they never mentioned anything about.
Leadership made the baseless assumption that because I had been laid off, I should be “ready to start whenever they decide.” That kind of arrogance is a major red flag.
While the opportunities here may seem attractive at first, look elsewhere for your own well being.
