The initial interview was a 3-part, one and one-half hour process, conducted via Zoom. The first 30-minute interview was conducted by my immediate supervisor. The second 30-minute interview was conducted by a peer in my proposed role. The third 30-minute interview was conducted by a superior not directly associated with my proposed work group. My second interview, which was also via Zoom, was conducted by my immediate supervisor and lasted approximately one hour.
