Knowledge based questions which is not applicable to what you do coming from private sector. Long winded with an offer after 8 months. 3 Month process of waiting from application stage to interview. Turned down

They will ask you to fill in many forms with anonymous identity (ie. no photos are included but only include experiences) Then they will undergo the process of preliminary review to decide whether you get an interview.
