Short and brief seemed like a disorganized office though. Multiple ppl coming in at the same time I interviewed etc…gave some kinda “aptitude” test at the end but ya in general I’d stay away…

Fairly straightforward typical process. Interviewer was pleasant, though seemed to know minimal amount of how the company actually operated. Somewhat of a bait and switch between posted job description and what you are really being hired for, which they reveal when you go in by giving you a sheet of paper that lays out the role and meager commission structure. First month are so is “training” where you are just cold calling everyday.
