1- I applied for this job in Home Depot's website ;
2- They sent me an email asking me to choose the best day and time for me to do a first interview by phone;
2- They called me 2 days after the application;
3- I went to the store and had a second interview;
4- I'm still waiting for them to call me.

Interview
I applied through online. Then go to job fair which held at local Home Depot store. There is 2 session of a job interview. As for the first session, an applicant will talk with their employee about a general interview, if you pass the first session of the job interview, you are invited to wait at waiting space until the managemnt person calls you. The guy who was chewing while talking with interview rep was soon rejected at first session.
The result of the second session will be informed within 1 week and then you will go to the final interview with upper management.
