Many people waiting in que and 9 home depot employee interviewed 9 people in a room. 1 employee -1 interviewee. It was Spring hiring event. It happened in almost all the home depot outlet all together. All the candidates need to wait in que and after that you would be be a given a number and based on that you would be called.

Question 1
Questions are quite formatted :what made you interested to work for home depot. Describe a difficult situation in customer handling. Preferred areas of work etc
Was interviewed by one manager. There was supposed to be 2 interviews but for some reason the other manager wasn't available. The interview went well. Basic questions and nothing hard. I had the interview and started a couple of weeks later.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Home Depot Canada (Oakville, ON) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was a Job hiring fair. An in person interview and got selected for the 2nd interview. But offer was not interesting. It was part time but I wanted a full time. The 2nd interview went well too. I guess she saw my demeanor when she said weekends only for the job

After 1 week that I applied online through The Home Depot website :
1- First I got a Phone call Interview
2- Then I was refereed to HR manager at the local store
3- Finally I was interviewed by the store Manager
