I started as a sales associate and then applied on their website for the DS position. It was a situational interview to find out how you have tackled challenges in the past.

There will be 6 or 7 situational questions; make sure you give an actual example of something that had happend to you or a situation you have been in. Interviews are very casual, the most important thing is to see your personality, so be comfortable and show confidence.
