I was called to interview at the office. A lot of interview questions were asked during the pre-interview phone call. It was clear that the job was mine once I got to the actual interview in the office. I brought all the required onboarding documents with me to the interview and we got started right away.

Interviewed over the phone, never met employer until a few months into the job. Was mailed all Co. polices and hand books. Everything was done by phone and e-mail
