      Scrum Master Interview

      7 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Holman

      Interview

3 rounds. The first was only with the HM . Great collaboration, exchange, rapport. They did mention I may be overqualified then immediately passed me to round 2. This was similar to round 1. 2 mid level Scrum Masters said..."you know your stuff". A hiring decision should have been made at this stage. A 3rd and final round was with a VP. They seemed to not be too familiar with Agile. It was a cold, robotic, rapid fire template question read with no conversation. They barely greeted me. They gave false feedback that I was unengaged and didn't provide clear examples. After this, there was no offer. I understand notes and materials for preparedness. My opinion, at a VP level one needs to be more engaging and should not be reading word for word when interviewing a candidate. Conversation and exchange are vital to further gauge skills.
