I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co.
Interview
I thought hollister would be a good place to gain some work experience so I went in and asked if they were hiring. They gave me a card with a website and pw to fill out an application and pick an interview time. I got there around ten minutes early and waited for other people to show up since I knew it was going to be a group interview, but I ended up being the only one there! The store manager then came up to me and took me outside the store for the interview, which honestly only lasted like 5-10 minutes. He asked me four basic questions and wrote down my answers. He seem uninterested and really only looked up once, so I thought I wouldn't get the job. But today (four days later) I received a call offering me the position!

3. describe the hollister look
4. how will you be successful at hollister?
They will ask “what does diversity mean to you?” And it was a group interview at the time, taking turns asking each person and having them answer in front of the other.
Super easy and laid back with an emphasis on diversity. Be yourself and don’t over dress. Keep smiling and don’t forget to bring real world examples. It is a group interview
