Interview
There was a group interview where they asked about why you wanted to work there and why diversity was important. Very structured interview. They are looking for people who can represent their brand. I was the only one hired in that group interview.
They will ask “what does diversity mean to you?” And it was a group interview at the time, taking turns asking each person and having them answer in front of the other.
Super easy and laid back with an emphasis on diversity. Be yourself and don’t over dress. Keep smiling and don’t forget to bring real world examples. It is a group interview
