Apply online, go to the interview in person or on Skype. I chose Skype and the lady was very lovely, nice and laid back. She asked questions about how I would deal being away from home, customer experience I have, ever stayed in a tent or mobile home before, the history of the company and what I think the role includes. Just waiting to hear the outcome.
