I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Holiday Stationstores (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2014
Interview
Very quick. I applied online and received a call a few hours later asking me in for an interview. Interviewed later that week with the Assistant Manager and we basically talked the entire time while she was asking me questions. No pressure what so ever. By far one of the easiest interviews I have ever had. Basic questions as well. Some will choose certain word play to see if you have management potential, so watch out. That's what the Assistant Manager did with me.

Interview
I was asked questions about previous situations about prior jobs, how I would react to certain situations, and stuff like that. It was an old interview so some questions were outdated but he said to just give the best answer I could. Overall, the interview took about 10 min. and he hired me right on the spot.
