a joke, very unprofessional. the worst. never called me back. i called back and they said "we're gonna pass" the most incredible response i've received. do not recommend!!! many interruptions, not paying attention to me.

Interview
There was a paper application to fill out and return. I received a call later on the same day to set up an interview. The interview was one on one with the Front Desk Manager/Assistant General Manager. He asked me about my work history and why I chose to enter the hotel business. I had customer service experience so he asked me to tell him about times when I had to deal with a difficult customer and what was the outcome. I had the feeling he was mostly checking for competency and social skills. He had me start the next day.
