Simple and basic questions, hr, followed by hiring manager and then tech lead. Quick turn around time. The whole process was around two or three weeks max. The job is fully remote so it was all done online

My experience with the interview process at Holibob was disappointing, to say the least. The decision to conduct all candidate interviews in a group call seemed promising at first, with the intention of saving time and providing an overview of the company's role, culture, and product. However, it quickly became apparent that this format primarily served as a filtering mechanism, rather than an informative session.
Candidates were asked to introduce themselves in the group call, with the implicit understanding that only a select few would progress to the next phase. This approach lacked empathy towards candidates and exacerbated the already stressful nature of interviews.
Interviewing for a position is inherently nerve-wracking, and this mechanic only intensified the pressure. It's crucial for companies to recognize the emotional toll that the interview process can take on candidates and strive to create a more supportive and respectful environment.
