The interview was a very enjoyable experience. I was given a 10-minute test, which was a bit tricky since it wasn’t directly related to English—I believe it was more of a cognitive assessment.
Afterwards the interviewer asked me to introduce myself in English and then inquired about my tutoring experience. From our conversation, I could tell that he himself is also an English tutor. I was later given a document for a role-play exercise, where he acted as a student and I took the role of the tutor explaining the content. The document was quite challenging, and I was told that for some questions, only a small single-digit percentage of people answer them correctly. Overall, I found the interview to be a rewarding and fruitful experience.
