Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews with various associates and partners, overwhelmingly focused on my experience and a section available with each interviewer for questions about the firm themselves. Current interviews take place over zoom.
There was a technical round and assessment followed by individual interviews with the hiring partner and a couple members of the team, and a partner from a different practice group, with opportunities at each stage for the candidate to raise questions.

Reasons and interest in practice area; past experience
I interviewed with the New York office for an associate position in the corporate department. After an initial HR screening, the first 30 minute interview was with two lawyers with pretty standard questions about my prior experience, motivation for lateraling etc. There was no further callback interview
