Hofy Senior Software Engineer interview questions

My interview process had 3 meetings before I got accepted into the team. 1- Meeting with HR where they present you the company and ask you to talk a little bit about yourself and your professional experience. 2- You will meet some of the people you will work with and you tell them about your experience in further detail. You will be asked some technical questions and will be asked to solve do a small technical assessment to evaluate your problem-solving skills 3 - If you get to this stage, you will meet someone that is in charge of the business, and that can answer your questions related to the business perspective. During the entire process, they will evaluate you both technically and personality-wise in a very easy-going and informal way. I never felt that I was under scrutiny, it was always a nice conversation where both sides (employer and employee) are trying to access if they fit together, and I really think that is how is supposed to be.
