Straightforward, not too difficult, they seemed to want to check boxes for their interview process, not weed out people based in miniscule criteria. There was no emphasis on culture of company, which made me feel like, its going to be just another RN job, hiring fair and easy. Seemed like a great job for a beginner or someone just wanting to be a hospice nurse, but never worked here...

Interviewer was 15 minutes late to our pre-arranged time. Questions were not geared to clinical experience but framed towards company mission and values to determine if I was a fitting. Interviewer blatantly asked what I was being paid at previous employer to determine what to offer for salary.

Recieved a phone call to a 2 person interview after applying online. Questions were focused on experience & ability to perform job. It was friendly & non-intimidating. They were kind.
