I applied for this company on Indeed. I heard back from the VP shortly after. I was invited to an interview within a few days. The interview included the VP, the Operations Manager and one of the other operations planners. From right off the bat, I could tell that these people were inexperienced in the screening and hiring process. I applied to be a Driver Manager in operations. I explained my experiences and capabilities... they seemed to mesh with what they were looking for. Boy was I wrong.
