I was contacted by the recruiter/HR about the position. It took round 3 weeks for the entire process. At first attempt, I had the interview scheduled on a specific date and time but the interviewer ghosted and HR didn’t cared to inform. Same thing a happened for second attempt. After 2 weeks. Finally at third attempt someone showed up. First round was algo / ds round. They asked me to solve a sliding window technique related question. Interviewer gave the question and got off the call again for 15 mins. But finally came back and continued the interview process. I was able get a partially correct answer but I could not run/test it on time. So we had to finish off the interview. After 1 more week I asked for the result and I was informed that I didn’t qualify for senior QA engineer position. (I applied for senior software engineer position) The interview process was not streamlined. And I felt like my time is not being valued. I had to take 3 days wfh just to get one interview and I was ghosted 2 times without prior notice.

The entire interview happened in one day each around 1-1.5hours. The interviews were mid level to high level hard and I took two interviews one in morning and evening. Entire process was really smooth and the hr rounds and ctc discussions alone took a week to negotiate. Got an offer finally and overall it was a good experience. They choose candidates carefully and I felt all of it happened really fast and steadily.
