interview starts with HR, then the hiring manager, then peers from same team in a similar role and then a panel interview. asked to present on a topic of choice and also a passion or a topic of personal interest
The process completed as normal and I received an offer first at the end. Unfortunately, HR not only failed to consider important issues regarding the salary expectation earlier, but also sent a written offer that was far from what was stated verbally. Poor communication style cost my time.
There were a total of three calls. All of them were very well run and progressed quickly. They stuck to experience, goals and relevant topics. I was in a group for a competitive position.
