Il colloquio è stato interessante, con le persone giuste rispetto alla candidatura e si è spaziato su più argomenti.
Per quanto riguarda le HR purtroppo il processo è stato lungo e nonostante le basi di contrattazione fossero chiare non si è riusciti ad arrivare a un accordo.

This was more conversational, focusing on my career goals, how I handle challenges, and how I’d fit into the team. The manager was professional and transparent about the role’s expectations and growth opportunities.
