The overall interview process consists of 3/4 rounds. The first round can be either a telephonic or a direct HR interview, followed by technical interview, again this can be either 1 or 2 rounds and finally one more HR round for salary negotiation and onboarding.

Question 1
In the HR round, they mainly check the personality, culture and character fit. Technical, based on the role, it varies.
I applied online and received a call from a recruiter about 10 days later. I then had an initial interview with the hiring team, which went well. However, I did not receive any follow-up from the recruiter after that round.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hitachi Energy
Interview
I completed multiple interview rounds over four months, but haven’t received any update since. I’m feeling ghosted. Tried reaching out to the HR multiple times, no response for mails and the call goes to voice mail straight.
