I applied online and received an email request along with a phone interview very shortly after apply. The interview was very brief and seemed like they were not really looking to hire they always just have the posting up to gather a pool of applicants or gain knowledge about what these positions actually do.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HireRight in Feb 2011
Interview
This was a typical interview process starting from a phone call from the internal recruiter. After that initial call, I was brought in for an onsite interview. During the onsite, I met with 3 other people, 2 of whom were at the same level as the position I was interviewing for and one manager. Afterwards, I had an additional phone interview with the direct hiring manager a week or so later because he was not available during the initial onsite interview process. From the initial HR call to the initial offer letter, the turn around time was about 1 month. Somewhat long, but luckily I was not in a hurry to jump ship as I was looking at other opportunities.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I can't remember the questions, but I do remember they did utilize the now so popular behavioral interview questions. Each of the interviewer's had their own set of questions that they seem to have gotten from HR.
